Wayfinder video playback errors

Issue:

If the videos are not playing in the wayfinder or the logs state the following error DirectShow:seek failed with information similar to the following.

• ProgramData\Acquire\PR9S5VAUTETSKJIPSCQI8UUCB6\Media\never send\adverts\FullScreenAds

the main cause will be codecs namely the FFMPEG codec

Resolution:

Make sure the FFmpeg codecs are in the following folder on the unit.

• ProgramData\Acquire\Codecs

once these are or have been installed restart the unit and see if it all works ok.
