Support Ticketing System

Site Manager provides the option for a fully integrated support ‘ticketing’ system. If you already use such a system then you will realise what a powerful and effective tool such a system can be.

s you can see from the ‘Account Settings’ options, you can choose to activate two separate ticketing methods. These are ‘Single Mode’ and ‘Linked Mode’ and are explained in the screenshot shown above.

When you select one of the ticketing options you will be presented with the screen shown below.

The way in which you manually change all units to green is to double click on the unit (in the main Site Manager window), then select the ‘Unit Status’ tab and then select the ‘Unit Status’ drop-down menu and choose the green “No Known Errors” option.

Export Current View to CSV

This option allows you to export the data shown on the Site Manager screen to a CSV file, which you can open in Microsoft Excel for reformatting and report writing.
