Status Screen
Press the Status button to see the current states of your players. You can adjust various player settings on this screen and turn alerts on or off.
NB Each user has different access rights and visibility. You may not be able to see this screen or all of the players in your network.

Each group of players is shown as one row in the Status screen.
The Groups Column
The first cell in a the group's row shows the group name, and the following buttons †
- ▶️ Play
- Resumes playback on all payers in the group.
- 🔄️ Restart
- Restart playlists from the beginning on all payers in the group.
- ⏸️ Pause
- Pauses playback on all payers in the group.
- ⏹️ Stop
- Stops playback on all payers in the group.
Shows the recent status logs for that group.

Note: that older logs can also be found in the Acquire Editor / Logs folder.
If the group cell is red there is an issue with one or more of its players.
The Players Columns
Each cell follwing the group name represents a player PC in that group. They contain the follwing player information.
Name
The player's name is desplayed at the top of the cell. "B" is appended for backup PCs. "M" is appended for main sync PCs
The name is colour-coded to show its status:
Grey
-
Player status is undetermined.
- UDP: The player has not yet connected in to the Acquire Advanced Editor.
- TCP: The Acquire Advanced Editor has not connected to the unit yet, or is connected the player has not yet sent its status.
Green
- The player is correctly running its playlist.
Red
- There is an issue with the player. The current error is shown.
Screenshot
If available, a player screenshot is shown below the player name.
Status
The last known status of the player is shown at the bottom of the cell.
Player Controls
On the right of the player cell are the following player control buttons †
- ▶️ Playback (or 🔄️⏸️⏹️)
- Once connected, this shows the current playback state of the player: Playing, Stopped, Paused etc. Click the button to change the playback state.
- 🔈 Volume
- This shows the current volume of the player. Click the button to change it. You can set a value to override the current volume, or restore the automatic value configured in group settings.
- 🔅 Brightness
- This shows the current brightness of the player. Click the button to change it. You can set a value to override the current brightness, or restore the automatic value configured in group settings.
- 📷 Snapshot
- Click this buttons to open the remote sceen viewer.and\or viewed by clicking the camera.
† Buttons in the player cells will turn yellow (pending) when you change player settings. When the player confirms its new setting they will return to the default colour.
