Remotely Changing the Default Graphic

To do this, assuming the graphic is not already resident on your remote unit, you will need to use the File Transfer option to transfer the bitmap (.bmp) image to your remote unit from your Site Manager PC.

Create a temp folder and drag your new bmp image into it.

Now close the ‘File Transfer’ window and re-open the ‘Interact With Screen’ window. Open the Watchdog again, and go to Remote Connection Image. Now you need to navigate to the temp folder where you stored your new bitmap file and select it as your new graphic.

Now when you remotely access your remote units, your users or viewers will see your new image on the screen, leaving you to diagnose any issues.
