Managing User/Site Assignments

In order to modify this setting you will first have had to set up your sites.

Refer to the section Sites Setup in this manual to see how to do this.

Exceptions and Resolutions

This is probably the most important section of this manual. If you do not set up your exceptions and resolutions lists effectively then you will not receive the correct alerts. The first thing to do is to click on the ‘Revert to Default Exceptions…’ button. This will populate the lists and give you a good idea of what can be achieved.

Exceptions and Resolutions Editor

As you can see from the screen-shot shown below, the Editor allows you to configure, change and add exceptions and resolutions.

You can change the ‘Name’ of an existing exception or add an exception of your own, and remember to set the ‘Trigger’ settings. Then you can set the ‘Priority’ level to be anything from ‘very low’ to ‘Critical’. The Critical setting carries the extra alert function of SMS texts (remember that credits for SMS alerts need to be pre-purchased from Working Solutions).

After you have setup your exceptions you can change the ‘Type’ from exception to resolutions and select the type of action that resolves the exception. Then click ‘OK’ to store the settings.
