Managing User Accounts
This option allows you to add users and assign their access rights by selecting the relevant boxes under each of the six tabs. You can also change a user’s password and increase the level of security by adding IP Restrictions.
User Administration

Note: If a user does not have the status of ‘Account Manager’ then they cannot change account settings from the Accounts tab.
Unit Management

This option gives the user the right to commission and decommission units. The commissioning option here is shown by ‘activ8’. This is the terminology used when activating a unit on the PLUS! Network.

RSM Management

RSM stands for Remote Services Management and controls the user’s access to the Site Manager itself.
Remote Unit Control

Remote Unit Control dictates how the user can access your field-based kiosks or digital signage units.
If you have a webcam or speakers attached to your unit then you can authorise a user to receive the live stream. Conversely, the user will also be able to send a video or audio stream to your remote unit.
Notifications

Here you can set up the frequency of the notifications sent to the various users. You can also set up whether they are sent by email or SMS text message.
Note: In order to use the SMS text message option you will need to contact us to pre-purchase SMS credits.
