Location & Groups

Creating a Group/Location

To create a location or group:

1. Navigate to either Locations or Groups.
2. Click the "Create" button, which can be found at the top of the page, on the right hand side.
3. Provide a unique name, optionally provide a description, and select the desired Units or Media to group. PLEASE NOTE: Unlike Media, Units can not be within multiple locations. To move units between locations you first need to unassign the unit before you can assign it to a other location.
4. Click "Save" to publish your changes and the group/location list will update to include your new group/location.

Updating a Group/Location

To update a location or group:

1. Click the pencil icon within the group/location you wish to update.
2. Update the desired fields.
3. Click "Save" to publish your changes and the group/location list will update to reflect your changes.

Deleting a Group/Location

To delete a location or group:

1. Click the bin icon within the group/location you wish to delete.
2. Click "Delete" to confirm deletion. The group's/location's media/units will be automatically unassigned.
