Exceptions and Resolutions
If you do not set up your exceptions and resolutions lists effectively then you will not receive the correct alerts.
The first thing to do is to click on the ‘Revert to Default Exceptions…’ button. This will populate the lists and give you a good idea of what can be achieved.

Exceptions & Resolutions Editor
As you can see from the screen-shot shown below, the Editor allows you to configure, change and add exceptions and resolutions.

You can change the ‘Name’ of an existing exception or add an exception of your own, and remember to set the ‘Trigger’ settings. Then you can set the ‘Priority’ level to be anything from ‘very low’ to ‘Critical’. The Critical setting carries the extra alert function of SMS texts (remember that credits for SMS alerts need to be pre-purchased from Acquire Digital).
After you have setup your exceptions you can change the ‘Type’ from exception to resolutions and select the type of action that resolves the exception. Then click ‘OK’ to store the settings.![]()
