Edit an existing Playlist

How to Edit an existing Playlist.

  1. Open Playlists.
      
  2. Find the playlist by name or item count.
  3. Select Edit.

Update the playlist

 You can:

  • Change the Name.
  • Select an Information Display tag to add it.
  • Drag item handles to change the playback order.
  • Set or clear an item's Duration override.
  • Use the delete icon to remove an item.

 A duration override replaces the Information Display's default duration only in this playlist. The edit form requires at least one item when saving. 

Save the changes

Select Update. Beacon first saves the name, then replaces the playlist's item set with the displayed order and duration overrides. On success, it confirms the update and returns to the Playlists list. Select Cancel to leave without saving.
