Configure the Button Page Plugin to go to a URL
How do I set an icon to jump to a URL when clicked? I've inserted the icon using the Button Plugin but I can't figure out how to set it to go to a specific URL.
Resolution:
Acquire does not show webpages when it displays, it shows rich media such as Flash, videos, graphics, etc. natively. If you want to make part of an Acquire page do something, you can either, draw a new media item, and use the Item > On Click
Event (in the Page Designer), or the Button Plugin. In either case, upon click, jump to another Acquire page (use the Page ID of another page) – on the other page, simply add the CyberBrowser Plugin with the URL you wish to browse to (remember that CyberBrowser gives you a lot of security and lock-down features to protect the Player PC from malicious code – therefore use this instead of just drawing a media box and typing the URL as the media for it).
